The International Convention Centre of Barcelona is situated next to the Forum Building, and during the Forum it was the place where the Dialogues were held. It contains many large-capacity multiuse spaces for holding large-scale congresses and events.

The parking spaces reserved for disabled people are the same as that for the Forum Building. The CCIB has several floors connected by stairs, escalators and lifts. In the basement there is an underground ramp that connects directly to the auditorium of the Forum Building. All the toilets have adapted booths.
